5/22

I honestly spent most of the morning studying and then working.

After finishing my school work, I had a PLAN. I was finally going to try one of those Jolly Pong frappuccinos! It was my quest... it was my destiny.
Jolly pong is a popular Korean snack in the form of a crispy, sugar coated puffed corn cereal. It resembles the US honey smacks cereal. Its health benefits whatever is found in corn and absolutely nothing else.
I walked all the way to 홍대, hunted down Mega Coffee and scrolled through the menu options. Now all I needed to do was come to a decision on which flavor I'd try, plain, strawberry or banana.
The choice was obvious.
BANANA.
I waited patiently for the barista to make my drink, I watch as she pours it, ready, willing... but then she starts giggling and pours it all back into the blender, cereal and all after realizing she had forgotten something... so okay just blend the cereal into my drink then that's fine... But STILL.

It was by far the best thing I've ever had in my life.

After lunch and vlogging my review on the drink, I came home and made cold thai noodles.

I was limited to peanut powder, soy sauce, and udon ramen seasoning for a sauce, but still it all worked out. I spent the rest of the evening doing more studying, I guess you could say I was fairly boring this day. But I knew the next few days would be more than enough to make up for it.
